PRODUCT RETURNS/CHANGES:
If you wish to change the product you have purchased, please contact us first. You have the possibility to do so within 5 days since the day you received your order.
Changes are accepted as long as the product is in its original condition and has not been worn. In the case of special/personalized products, changes or returns are NOT accepted, as also in earrings for hygiene reasons.
Products that are returned can be exchanged for any other of equal or greater value than the original purchase cost. Changing products are followed by a €5 cost (transport costs).
As soon as the communication is established and the product's return is agreed, we send the new product you have chosen and upon receiving it, you give the courier the package with the original product (hand-to-hand change).
The additional (€5) transport cost of the change and also the amount of the difference in price between the original and the new products will be calculated in the payment of the new parcel.
In the event that you send the package back to us, it is preferable to do it with the company ELTA Courier Door-to-Door or Speedex, with which we cooperate, and with a recipient's fee (ours). If you choose a different company, you are responsible for all shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your package and it will be returned to you.
REFUND:
In the event that you wish a refund please contact us first. You have the possibility to do so within 5 days from the day you receive your parcel.

The refund process comes with an additional €5 cost (transport costs) that will be deducted from the deposit amount. The remaining amount will be deposited within 5 working days, after we receive the parcel, to your preffered Bank Account (you will need to provide us the Iban or Bank Account number, the name of the beneficiary and the bank of the account you wish us to refund).
It is preferable to send us back the order using the collaborating company, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door or Speedex, and with a recipient's fee (ours). In the event that you choose a different company, you are responsible for all shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your package and it will be returned to you.
CYPRUS:
If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us first. The refund is for the value of the products only. The transport costs of the return of the package are borne by the customer.
